Newtown Fish and Game Club’s game stocking program saboutusHunting2hifts into full gear in the Fall as Connecticut’s leaves start to change color. Properties owned and leased are stocked with pheasants twice weekly during the Fall hunting season.

Properties owned by NF&GC, other than at Taunton Lake, are 90 acres in Falls Village, CT and 155 acres in New Milford, CT. In addition, the Club currently leases approximately 1,000 acres in Fairfield, Litchfield, and New Haven counties which are used for bird hunting.

All properties are open solely to Club members and their families who enjoy the outdoors, nature, and the spoaboutusHunting3rt of hunting, with or without their bird dogs.

NF&GC also maintains a State sanctioned Dog Training Area at the New Milford property.aboutusHunting1
